You do get PTO but you can't take days off during busy season (normally April-July). I would never recommend it as a long term job, but like I said, it makes ends meet. Other employees are typically supportive and easy to get along with, and upper management is typically well available, however they do have a tendency to get overwhelmed with their own position and may take a while to get back to you on things. If you're young and just figuring things out, this would be a good fit for you. You are also on call as a manager, it is required, but because of limited staffing this can be daunting depending on your personal life.
